Low-Latency Broadcasting with LiveSwitch

High-volume live broadcasting is the next frontier of WebRTC capabilities. Faster internet speeds and the push into live video on popular networks like Facebook and Instagram encourages users to generate new content, and brands to hop on board with big events, like sporting event streams and live news.

Traditional techniques using HTTP streaming adapted for live broadcast generally involve latency that exceeds what is reasonable for a great interactive user experience in a live broadcast.  A better approach is to use WebRTC-based broadcasting with simple server scaling to drive latency down to sub-second values.
